YOUR ROLE

The Body, Chassis, Interior (BCI) Quality Team is looking for a Development Quality Lead to join our team focused on ensuring all project quality targets are met, managing launch timelines & deliverables and insure the transition to quality volume production.

Responsible for the achievement of quality targets during development steps for one or several vehicles.
Responsible for delivery of APQP-PPAP processes and documentation.
In charge of activities to avoid issue recurrence, control of risks, manage quality convergence paths to reach the expected objectives (APQP-PPAP scope).
Ensures the achievement of project quality targets defined by BCI Department.
Responsible for efficient communication between project teams, engineering teams, manufacturing, and other partners.
Defines actions and deliverables for milestones required at each stage of the development, assesses results, manages KPI's.
Applies escalation processes to manage risks of noncompliance and proposes recovery plans.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree education. Knowledge of Quality and Lean methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of industrialization and project processes, and related management methods, APQP / PPAP processes.
Selfmotivated. Able to meet deadlines with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication skills with ability to work with crossfunctional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft suit and Google, TeamCenter Cad is a plus. Familiarity with statistical control concepts.
Communication & issue resolution skills. Leadership capacities, result orientated.
Proficient in english.
