Position Overview:


Focus, Scope, & Impact:

  • Responsible to lead system commercial strategies implementation for Supermarkets, C. Stores, Pharmacies and organized OP, identifying key opportunities alongside Retail KA and OP KA, to guarantee channel strategy implementation, delivering revenues, transactions and volume objectives.
  • Tailors and implement the OU strategies and PICOS to the Zone/Customer particularities, ensuring consistency and maximizing adopt vs. adapt. Responsible for the implementation of the Calendar of activities.
  • Lead CATMAN analysis and planogram design for shelfspace and cold drink equipment based on SKU velocity, to maximize our product turn and sales volume in the market.
  • Implement strategies and solutions to accelerate expansion/impact of commercial assets especially cold drink equipment and establish performance tracking systems to advance execution with focus on RED / PicOs implementation.
  • Work closely with the Bottlers and KA Clients to improve internal processes, support tools implementation (eg. CokeNet) and RTM revisions, to maximize speed and effectiveness of company's response to changing market conditions and enhance gotomarket.
  • Track channel main indicators (e.g. SOM, SO$, SOVI, RED, Price Compliance, etc.), review business performance, and design impactful actions to improve it, when results are below targets. Continuously share information, insights and knowledge with KO System, developing platforms to materialize those insights into actions.
  • Leverages advanced analytics for opportunity identification and technology for solutions scalability.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:


Work Focus:

  • This role requires robust Commercial Execution and Bottlers Operation understanding, and a very solid system experience to work in collaboration with different stakeholders.
  • This role must be able to deep dive into the details of Commercial Capabilities and Channel Strategy to address issues, structure and analyze data to generate factbased analysis, to understand drivers of performance before proposing solutions.
  • Ability to drive crossfunctional support and crosssystem alignment, to ensure that Commercial Execution concepts and programs are embedded in channel strategies, customer programs, and execution plans to ensure effectively deployment in each market.
  • Highly developed leadership and influencing skills are a must to positively influence our multifunctional system teams.
  • To be successful, this role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, problem solving mindset, and the ability to build up simple plans that can be easily understood by frontline salespeople and customers.

Related Work Experience:


  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Execution, Market Development and Channel Strategy.
  • Problem solving mindset with strong Analytical Skills, and a good working knowledge of digital solutions and machine learning models.
  • Outstanding influencing skills and crossfunctional collaborative working standards.
  • Deep understanding of Value Chain concept.
