Grow with us as a
Sales Representative in
Tijuana. You will be Responsible for Analyzing and comprehend information, dynamics and needs to create action plans to maximize sales.

Align and agree commercial plans with customers (local negotiations including Convenience, Distributors and Modern Trade).

Ensure a flawless execution at point of sales of the assigned territory in line with the commercial plan and established execution procedure.

You will provide insight around categories performance and shoppers.

  • Ensure commercial plan execution and increase POS KPIS base line aligned to Company Goals
  • Strong Team alignment with Supervisors and Mechandisers
  • Develop HFS&ASR Customers behind bussines proposals and sustainable plans
  • Generate engagement and trust with Customers and Chains
  • Gain SOM according to target behind commercial plan and capitilizing Opps in the working zone
  • Deliver business proposals based on hard data analysis
  • Communicate inputs & opps identified in the working zone

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor's degree.
- +2 years working as Sales Representative for CPG Companies, experience with local accounts being responsible of allowances and budget achievement

  • Proven data capabilities Excel, Power Point, Word
  • Driven licence: mandatory
  • Speaking business conversation and executive presentations/reviews
