Responsibilities:


The Opportunity
The NCBs Commercial Manager is the main operating contact between the bottler and PepsiCo Non-Carbonnated Beverages business.

The Commercial Manager is accountable for the NCBs business performance, supporting the development and execution of growth strategies, identifying gaps and opportunities, while monitoring AOP initiatives and ensuring Bottlers full alignment to LAB programs and initiatives.


Your Impact

As Commercial Manager, your scope would consist of
**_
NCBs Business/Marketing Strategy and Execution_**- Deliver Volume, Revenue and Profit according to Annual Operating Plan

  • Assure the commercial strategy is executed on time and according to the yearly planning.
  • Prepare Joint Business Planning, 3YP, Annual Operating Plan and all other Franchise Fundamental processes required, support on Bottler ́s alignment.
  • Support NCBs Bottler Marketing Directors/Sr. Manager in the development and implementation of local marketing programs designed to create brand equity and volume growth.
  • Follow up business results/ identify growth opportunities with the bottlers on a regular basis. Deliver action plan
  • Follow up bottler's trade execution
  • Support the sales teams in the bottlers to manage the relationship with Key Customers in the country
  • Responsible for developing and managing volume sales reports and scorecards for the business
  • Responsible for developing and managing internal brand investment/expenses reports
  • Support delivering of POR presentations for Top Management monthly
  • Responsible for the coop management and negotiation
  • Work with the Marketing support staff to ensure brand/ trademark/consumer consistency on all activities

Trade and Channel (Customer) Development_**- Deliver volume plan by channel

  • Assist Bottler in development of trade promotion and category management plans in coordination with PAB sales team
  • Work with the sales support staff to leverage Best Practice tools for the bottler (e.g. Pricing Architecture)

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • University Degree (Business Administration or Marketing related)
  • MBA desired not required
  • Minimum 6 years working experience in Sales, Marketing, Franchise or related
  • Developed and executed successfully business strategies/commercial plans
  • P&L Understanding
  • Local Customers/Trade Knowledge helpful
  • Local Consumer knowledge helpful
  • Worked on a crossfunctional team
  • Leadership skills

  • Presentation skills
  • PowerBi, Excel & PowerPoint Advanced Knowledge
