Team Overview:
The credit card account& settlement team is responsible for managing credit card customer accounts and the general ledger for credit card operations。

The analyst is involved in performing backend maintenance related to Credit Card Issuers and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of accounting processing for credit card business

We are looking for an experienced account analyst

He/She can handle customer credit card accounts maintaining a positive user experience. He/She can contact our partner institutions to communicate clearing data, and be responsible for the accuracy of the data for clearing and settlement

Role Responsibilities:

Decisionmaking as process sop's
Closure of requests within stipulated timelines
Process customer account transaction
Process credit card business accounting entries
Other adhoc assignments

Requirements:

Years of Experience:1-2 years experience or above in the credit card account industry

Educational Background:Preferably major in accounting, finance, and finance management. Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Spoken Languages: Excellent English speaking

Preferred Industries Experience:Commercial banks focusing on Credit cards | Fintech company focusing on Credit cards
