Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Min 68 years of experience in an HR leadership role with broad knowledge and experience in People Management
  • Demonstrated experience supporting employee populations in large organizations
  • Minimum of four years of experience communicating and presenting to Sr. leadership
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English spoken and written
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and compensation basics.

Joining the IC team means that you will be partnering with people in other countries, benchmarking best-practices, driving country-wide initiatives, and working closely with your client groups to design and execute strategies to support the Consumer and the Corporate teams in Mexico.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to focus on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience. Help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience. Our HR partners understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work.

This requires a flexible skill set, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations.

This role also provides strong project management to various HR initiatives and company-wide HR projects.

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will enjoy a varied role and a wide range of interactions on a daily basis.

You will get exposure to many different aspects of the business and have the opportunity to work on national and perhaps even international HR projects.

Key job responsibilities


Role Responsibilities:


  • Partner with the business to develop a comprehensive understanding of the businesses key goals, through relationship building with members of the site management team; develop and implement HR strategies that enable the business to achieve their goals.
  • Partner with the labor legal counsel to ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance
  • Draw insights from data to develop and lead implementation of strategies oriented to improve employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
