About Our Team
This role will support the Latin America (LA) Marketing, LA Sales Learning, and LA Sales teams in Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Worldwide Partner Marketing.
What You'll Do
Alliance Partner activity pre-approval and claim submissions
- Activity preapproval entries
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather preapproval plans and submit into alliance partner portals or tracker process per plan deadlines
- Activity claim entries
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather POE for approved plans and submit into alliance partner portals or tracker process per claim deadlines
- Internal communications
- Communicate to MDF stakeholder when alliance partner plans are approved and provide
- Activity ID tracking information and required Proof of Execution (POE) information
- Inform execution owners of upcoming plans submission and POE deadlines
- Notify MDF stakeholder of their POE claim status (i
e:
submitted for approval, additional information from alliance partner required; fully approved)
- Engage with LA Marketing Ops on alliancefunded PRs as part of the quarterly review process (Alliance tracking IDs)
- Multialliance partner MDF T&Cs
- Thorough understanding of alliance partner guidelines (including eligible execution activities) and branding requirements to aid LA Marketing, LA Sales Learning, and LA Sales teams
- Purchase Request (PR) creation:
- Raise MDF Purchase Request (PR) for approved MDF activities for LA Sales teams via Ariba process SAP
- Coordinate and submit Campaign and PR MDF templates for LA Marketing and LA Sales Learning via the Anaplan process
- Ariba invoicing management to includ
e:
- Review supplier invoicing and confirm accurate information (Bill To/Ship, valid PO number, lineitem detail, etc.)
- Confirm with the execution owner invoice is approved for Ariba processing and secure POWD required documentation
Position Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficient English language with solid verbal and written communication skills
- Dat
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency using Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Team Player with a positive "can do" attitude.
- Must be selfdriven and able to work independently while focused on delivering results.
- Must have the ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask quickly and efficiently.
- Good decisionmaking skills and attention to detail are a must.
- A strong communicator capable of working in a crossfunctional virtual environment to achieve success
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP ARIBA Knowledge is a PLUS
- Customer service experience
