    Position Summary:

    Provides HR support to business unit or functional area which may include recruiting, personnel documentation, compensation, and benefits. Acts as a liaison between departments, all levels of line and staff management,. Facilitates training programs and employee communications. Includes EHS and regulatory compliance support. May be assigned special projects as required. Provides tactical support in several areas of human resources, such as recruiting, compliance, communications, job evaluation, training, development, compensation, benefits and employee relations as well as other projects/activities as assigned. Provides tactical support within approved budgets, headcount and timeline, to the assigned business/function. Supports multiple and complex corporate culture initiatives for the assigned business/function. Ensures communication, timelines, and metrics are met for assigned business/function. Maintains assigned metric goals, within budgets and timelines.

  • Work with a company's management to determine their current HR needs.
  • Work closely with the HR and recruitment teams to help implement goals set
  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Work with recruitment professionals to identify necessary roles for growth within the company.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
  • Participate in the candidate screening and job interviewing processes to ensure new hires align with upper management's goals.
  • Draft new HR policies in accordance with organizational goals, industry trends and labor laws or regulations.
  • Stay current on HR trends to develop solutions using current best practices in the field.
  • Ensure a strong understanding of laws and regulations to help the company stay in compliance.
  • Ensure the Internal Rule disciplinary applications based on LFT
  • Improve the Labor Culture in the facility with all classifications associates
  • Action oriented to work environment improvements

  • Strong acknowledge of LFT and application
  • Expert in Labor Relationship

  • Required Education / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience. 5+ years.
  • TPS tools practitioner as a plus
  • Analytical thinking skills
