TE Connectivity's Maintenance Teams perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure longer lifespan of machines and facilities.

Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Supervision Given/Received

Provides direct supervision to subordinate supervisors or a team of highlyskilled and experienced individual contributors.
Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors and functional peer groups.
Has full authority for personnel decisions e.g., hiring, performance, or disciplinary action

Must Haves:

Bachelors Degree

- +3 years of experience in maintenance department
- +3 years of experience in a managers position

English
