Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 102 company and a global technology leader, is looking for a Transportation Coordinator for our Guadalajara branch who is passionate about being on the forefront of leading-edge tech

What You'll Be Doing

Manage import operations and ensure compliance to all laws and regulations.
Clearance process
Coordinate and communicate with customs brokers to ensure accurate and timely Customs
Daily reports on the operation
Transportation coordination
Annex 24 (Inventory control), Annex 22 (Pedimentos)
IMMEX Operations
Close communication with multiple areas.
Provide shipment information upon request.

What We Are Looking For

Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English & Spanish
Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience with Oracle and Aranxel is a plus
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently with little or no guidance.
Easy access to "Pinar de la Venta" (Arrow Warehouse)
