Transformation Delivery Manager and Crossborder
Purpose of the position:

The Delivery Manager and Crossborder role is responsible for successful delivery of a project or group of projects ensuring benefits realization and regulation compliance; also has responsibility for the Chapter XI compliance in all areas of WPB.

They operate a wide spectrum of partners across HSBC.including GFs (Compliance, Legal, Procurement, IT, etc.), Product Managers and Product Oowners (GCB5) or Product managers (GCB4) to ensure compliant deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Participate in shaping projects approach across a series of minimum valuable deliverables or component activities, ensuring alignment with business strategy and stakeholder strategic plans, commitments and changes.
Drive projects delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks.
Establish effective projects controls and procedures.
Set high expectations concerning quality and put in place quality assurance processes.
Manage relationships with external suppliers.
Report progress, issues, dependencies and risks to steering committees and make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation.
Provide visible leadership to maintain a focus on how the projects align to the change portfolio across HSBC.
Drive the adoption of HSBC standards and work in alignment with HSBC methodology at all times.
Lead the team to meet performance targets aligned to programme objectives.
Ensures all WPB initiatives and processes using Third Parties meet regulation related to Chapter XI CUB from CNBV.
Keep track of the initiatives within Crossborder pipeline, taking care of timely completion of each of the phases in the process.
Ensure requirements from CNBV are met by each of the areas under WPB and response communications are submitted correctly, fully and in timely manner.
Provide advisory on Third-Party management, support writing of regulatory information requirements and execute quality check to WPB business areas in regard of CNBV CUB Capítulo XI compliance.

Skills and knowledge:

Bachelor's degree or Engineering completed.
Experience as Project Manager
Focus on continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
Relationship Leadership Effective communication Capacity for analysis and synthesis Negotiation Teamwork Organization and process management Redaction of documents English (desirable)
