    Responsabilidades

    - Mantener relaciones comerciales positivas para asegurar futuras ventas.
    - Contribuye al esfuerzo del equipo logrando resultados relacionados según sea necesario.
    - Establecer contacto con clientes potenciales a través de llamadas frías.
    - Acelerar la resolución de problemas y quejas de los clientes para maximizar la satisfacción.
    - Lograr los objetivos de ventas y los resultados acordados dentro del plazo establecido.
    - Mejorar continuamente mediante retroalimentación.


    - Ayudar a los clientes por teléfono para determinar sus preguntas, necesidades y motivos.
    - Proporcionar información sobre los servicios de la empresa.
    - Ofrecer soluciones a las necesidades o deseos del cliente para mantener la satisfacción del cliente.
    - Utilizar técnicas de venta para persuadir a los clientes a adquirir servicios.
    - Construir relaciones seguras y duraderas con los clientes al brindarles servicio al cliente basado en diversos antecedentes, valores e intereses.
    - Tratar eficazmente las quejas de los clientes para mantener la satisfacción del cliente e identificar cuestiones de organización.

    Tareas del día a día

    Servicio al cliente:
    - Atender a los clientes con una actitud amable y profesional.
    - Escuchar activamente para entender sus necesidades y preocupaciones.
    - Responder a las preguntas y solicitudes de los clientes de manera clara y concisa.

    Ventas:
    - Identificar oportunidades de venta y presentar nuestros servicios de manera efectiva.
    - Negociar y cerrar ventas de manera ética y profesional.
    - Seguir up las ventas para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.

    Habilidades requeridas

    - Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
    - Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y alcanzar metas.
    - Técnicas de venta sólidas.
    - Conocimientos de servicio al cliente excepcionales.
    - Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad en un entorno cambiante.

    Requisitos del puesto

    - Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente y/o ventas.
    - Idioma inglés obligatorio.
    - Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y cambiante.
    - Disposición para aprender y crecer profesionalmente.
