    Job Description

    TAC engineers play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction at Hillstone Networks. Their responsibilities include handling hotlines and service requests from partners and customers, troubleshooting issues, providing technical training, and following RMA processes.

    The ideal candidate should have experience working with networking or security fields within the last two to three years, possess excellent English/Spanish communication skills (with Portuguese being an added advantage), demonstrate strong problem-solving skills combined with good customer service orientation.
