Job Description:


SUMMARY:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Commercial Technology Consultant Manager responsibilities will be to encompass:

Strategic Direction and Sales Alignment:

  • Formulate and execute strategies to achieve sales plans, aligning services and solutions offerings with evolving customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate across departments to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans that optimize revenue growth and foster meaningful customer engagement.
  • Devise targeted approaches for entering new markets, expanding existing customer relationships, and identifying business opportunities that drive revenue expansion.

Team Leadership and Performance Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants focused on demand generation, solution positioning, and exceptional customer engagement.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, empowering team members to drive results, deliver extraordinary customer experiences, and exceed performance targets.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team skills, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Coordination with Delivery Team:

  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between services and solutions consultants and the delivery team.
  • Ensure the efficient transition of opportunities to the delivery team, collaborating to align solution offerings with customer requirements.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery of services and solutions, maintaining stringent quality standards and fostering customer satisfaction.
Customer-Centric Approach and

Solution Development:

  • Engage directly with customers to deeply understand their unique needs and pain points, translating insights into actionable strategies resonating within the market.
  • Collaborate with services delivery teams to craft tailored solutions addressing specific customer challenges, aligning with our capabilities and delivering exceptional value.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications crucial for success in this role include:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in technical sales, solutions consulting, or relevant roles within the automation control systems and power systems industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop highperforming teams, fostering a collaborative and resultsoriented culture.

Centric Mindset:
A keen understanding of customer needs, adept at translating insights into effective strategies and actionable plans.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Exceptional communication skills, showcasing the proven ability to collaborate seamlessly across diverse crossfunctional teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: A track record of formulating and executing strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Project Management: Experience overseeing project execution, ensuring the successful delivery of services and solutions to customers.

  • Market Insight: Indepth understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points, informing strategic direction and solution development.
