The Senior Institutional Communication Analyst will develop Edelman's various Communications Marketing processes/approaches, including public engagement,
- message workshops, master narrative assignments, brand engagement, social media campaigns, media relations, and stakeholder mapping exercises and be able to support LATAM's teams in the execution of these processes for Edelman.


Qualifications:


  • Fully bilingual (English-Spanish). Portuguese is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Communications Marketing and/or related fields, including PR, journalism, digital marketing, comms consulting, media, or publishing.
  • A bachelor's degree in journalism or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple small or mediumsized projects simultaneously.
  • Clear understanding of PR, digital marketing, and business Communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to create digital and press content and position the Company in the media and among different stakeholders.
  • Strong research, writing, and editing skills, as well as the ability to interact with internal clients and media members.
  • Strong capabilities in social media.
  • Demonstrates practical understanding of visual communications, desktop multimedia, social media, and the digital landscape and how to incorporate these into client programs.
  • Proven ability in media relations for LATAM's countries.

Responsibilities:


  • Application of key Edelman's information, including general business strategy, industry trends and issues, products/services, key opinion leaders, customers, and competitors
  • Contributes to the creation of Communications Marketing plans to meet Edelman's objectives.
  • Plays a key role in developing key messages in keeping with Edelman's objectives.
  • Demonstrates the ability to write, edit and proofread to create highquality internal and external, channelappropriate communications digital and press content.
  • Support company's programs and understands research techniques to assist with various Edelman consulting processes, including analysis of media coverage and online conversation (volume and tone) and identification and categorization of various stakeholders, including organizations and individuals to be engaged.
  • Coordinates and helps plan media outreach programs including tours, events, conferences, interviews, and new media outreach.
  • Develops network of industry contacts; participates in relevant professional associations.
  • Participates in crossgeographical teams to provide stakeholders with the most compelling Marketing Communication strategy.
  • Develops content for internal communication.
