The Opportunity
Project manager for a LATAM GBS Sales program. This role will require senior engagement across the LATAM, including CCO Leadership Teams, OU Commercial Leaders and HR & Transformation Leaders


Its main activities will be coordinating project management activities for LATAMB GBS Sales Design Phase such as: defining and tracking work planning milestone/activities, facilitate stakeholder management, risk management, managing project governance, issues reporting, managing design methodology etc.

Work with Global team on defining methodology playbooks when necessary.


Responsibilities:


Your Impact
As The LATAM GBS Sales Project Manager your scope will consist of:


General Leadership as Project Manager:


  • Manage the different workstreams and regions in LATAM scope (PMF, Andean, SoCo, Caricam, LAB, HQ & PBF), so they are delivering as per plan. Escalate issues to GBS LATAM leaders as needed so that the program is on track.
  • Create and maintain project management deliverables for the program including define project workplans/milestones, timelines, project charter, project risk and issue log, document change management and lessons learned. Ensures project is delivered on time, within budget and with measurable quality results
  • Implement and maintain the overall GBS Sales Design Project Governance
  • Support GBS Sales Design Leader to ensure the new GBS team addresses LATAM Sales specific business needs. Act as a liaison with local transformation teams to facilitate project agenda and stakeholder management
  • Collaborate daily with GBS leadership, transition leads, Sales SMEs, and CCO LATAM LT to assure program is on track and on time.
  • Monitor GBS change/transition/communication day to day activities for rolling out the Sales roles and new structure in MBS
  • Assist with onboarding processes for future OU design leads, monitoring transitions, addressing roadblocks, and identifying solutions
  • Support the definition of the OU's migration plan into GBS and coordinate bridging sessions with transition leaders and key main stakeholders
  • Works with Global Program Management Office to ensure compliance to Project Lifecycle Methodology
  • Support the delivery of $7.1MM of People Cost Productivity
  • Value realization: Document and track value realization opportunities defined from the design phase and capture the project costs and productivity

Methodology Owner

  • Design Methodology Playbooks in collaboration with Global GBS PMO team to ensure the right process when designing new capabilities and POCs.
  • Support and Guide future transitions regarding design methodology for LATAM Sales GBS and training for future functional design leads regarding GBS Design methodology

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Finance, Engineering degree, Marketing

Experience:


Education/Requirements

Experience Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in project management and preferable experience in GBS
  • Level of English needs to be high (written & verbal skills) due to the interaction with the Global Groups
  • Bachelor's in engineering, Business Management, System and /or Administration Technology Management
  • PMI and / or Agile
  • Scrum methodology knowledge desirable
  • Experience managing a culturally diverse senior stakeholder group
  • Strong analytical background, with an ability to analyze complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions.
