Intel's Data Center Platform Application Engineering (DCPAE) learning, events, and communications team seek an enthusiastic self-starter.


This role is an excellent opportunity to experience various aspects of event planning, logistics support, and training while working from the Guadalajara, Mexico office.


This position is a professional internship, and you will work independently and with a team to fulfill organizational goals related to training and events.


This internship is an exciting opportunity for an individual interested in learning more about project management and instructional design and offers exciting hands-on experience with the opportunity to gain new skills.

While responsibilities can vary from day to day, duties may include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Track attendance and survey data across all training and events in a central database.
  • Manage training sessions track attendance, introduce the presenter, administer the survey, monitor audience questions.
  • Maintain contact lists and customer registration for events.
  • Assist with the endtoend logistics for virtual and inperson events.
  • Entrylevel multimedia tasks web editing, video production, virtual course development.

  • Willing to work well independently (this position is in Guadalajara, but the team is in the US).

Qualifications:

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry-relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.


Minimum qualifications:


  • Computer literate (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Advanced English level.

Working Model:


This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.

This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.


In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
