    Morgan Philips Executive Search is looking for a Sales Director for one of its Lifesciences clients based in Mexico City.

    The Sales Director will be responsible for leading and managing all sales activities within the company.

    The primary objective is to drive revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing sales teams effectively, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners.

    Key Responsibilities
    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
    Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize their performance and potential.
    Identify new business opportunities and target markets, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives.
    Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
    Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.


    Requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
    2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
    4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
    5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    6. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    7. Customer-focused mindset with a strong dedication to delivering exceptional service.
    8. Ability to travel as needed.
