Our ideal Customer Service Rep will help our tenants have a great experience in our rental homes. We have a strong focus on customer service and put our customers first We are looking for a detail oriented, customer focused Customer Service Rep to maintain our reputation.


Major Tasks and Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phones
  • Tenant communication: You are the main point of contact with our tenants

Communication includes:

  • Answering general questions
  • Contacting them regarding delinquent accounts
  • Manage resident ledger accounts

Job Overview and Requirements

  • Required experience: Customer service experience preferred but no required. We will train the right person with the right attitude
  • Great people skillsyou regularly interact with tenants
  • Great at resolving conflict
  • Very good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent math skills
  • Listening skills
  • Highly organized, strong time management skills with a sense of urgency.
  • Above average technology skills

Benefits and Pay

  • This is a fulltime remote position with a U.S. company
  • Starting salary pay between 16,00018,000 pesos per month
  • Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:305:00 (eastern time)
  • Weekends off
