Your Job
Provide support to new product projects to purchase, start up, operate and restart molding machines, as well as assembly and disassembly of molds

Our Team

Serve as the point of contact between the manufacturing site and the different design centers to obtain information and follow-up on New products.

What You Will Do
You will verify compliance and monitoring of the molding area indicators such as OEE, SCRAP, SMED;
You will qualify the molding process to ensure that the molded parts meet the specifications

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Programming of pickers and servorobots, humidity test, quick mold changes, eDart graphics interpretation;
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and SMED waste reduction;

What Will Put You Ahead

Experience in the area of molds and plastic injection performing quality inspections and detecting molding defects, line startup, release of work orders, operating and adjusting peripheral equipment, as well as metal detector, handling of different resins, fault detection and troubleshooting related to the molding process
