Sales Planning Coordinator

Which is the main objective of this role?
Provide the necessary support to all the business units (Sav. N&S, Bis, FQ and CNB) of the CS channel during the planning process (S&OP and S&OE), guaranteeing the same level of service that the rest of the crossings receive, play the role of evaluator within the PIPE process, Responsible for the alignment between commercial teams and the value chain, coordinating the planning of initiatives within PMF


What will you be doing?

  • Consolidate Enrichments of each crossing
  • Evaluate Enrichments against criteria (Enrichment tool, S&OP rules and restricted SKUs)
  • Notify the Owner of rejected Enrichments or volume to adjust
  • Provide input to SP Grouper for the enrichments modification process
  • Run and maintain Enrichments Predictive Model Tool
  • Share approved Enrichments with Demand Planning to be added in total forecast
  • Participate in the prioritization process for the enrichments modification
  • Communicate the final volume to commercial areas
  • Run the S&OE process (consolidation and evaluation, process enrichment input and communicate of the final forecast)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or any area of engineering, preferably with a focus on operational processes and planning knowledge
  • SO&P and SO&E processes knowledge (PIPE)
