We are a branded industry leader in the distribution of custom furniture to hotels with manufacturing facilities in both China and Mexico.

We are looking to fill an Accounting Clerk position who will report to the Accounting Manager.

The Accounting Clerk will provide support to our Accounting team, through accurate and efficient data entry, clear communication with peers, prompt follow-up.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

Accurate data entry for high volume of invoices
Support Accounts Payable Dept. to prepare wire template
Accounts Receivable collections and update collection notes
Support Accounts Receivable Dept. for revenue posting
Support Accounts Receivable Dept. for sending out invoices
Work closely with Project Managers and Logistics to monitor projects
Respond to vendor/customer inquiries
Assist in monthend close process, as directed
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to read, speak and write in English
Detail oriented
Highly organized
Strong communication skills
Followup driven
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, and IF functions)
Ability to learn and work with the ERP software quickly
NetSuite experience a plus.
Confident in quality of work, energetic and dependable
A team player
US visa (is a plus).

Salary:
$13, $15,000.00 per month
