The shift

You would work from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday. This position is on-site.


What you will do:

  • Deliver Happiness by executing exceptional customer service
  • Become a trusted advisor to our customers and our partners by offering guidelines, suggestions, and best practices for their particular meal program
  • You will provide website support, password reset, Input last minute orders, Add / Delete users, investigate and process refunds accordingly, Send out customer notifications when appropriate plus, other miscellaneous tasks.
  • Monitor all communications to track errors by partners and communicate effectively with them.
  • Receive and process partner requests for admin changes including and not limited to menu changes, holiday requests, offlining products
  • Act as the communication bridge between customers and Saltalk team partners from other departments (i.e. Sales, Support, Catering Operations, Food Curation, etc.)
  • Able to identify risk and the ability to work quickly to mitigate potential churn by leveraging your deep relationships developed with the customer.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed KPI

We're looking for individuals that have:

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to deescalate situations
  • A selfconfident, optimistic, and supportive attitude in a team environment
  • Relationship building skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • A critical and analytical mind, and enjoy thinking two steps ahead when problem solving
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and active listening skills
  • Intermediate to Expert level on Google Suite, and Microsoft Office including Excel
  • 1+ years of customer success and/or account management experience
  • A proven track record of working crossfunctionally with multiple teams
  • Detailedoriented and hyper accurate skills for entering data into work systems
  • The ability to demonstrate a strong sense of ownership for customer satisfaction, even if it requires you to expand the scope of your role at times
  • The ability to follow through and ensure that all tasks are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Proven success for identifying gaps in the current program and demonstrating creative ways to affect change/suggest enhancement

Salary:
$4,000.00 per week
