Job summary
Promote and implement production system methodologies and culture within the plant lead coordinate improvement initiatives acting as coach support on shop floor ensure process robustness by meeting safety quality productivity standards analyze performance indicators KPIs apply corrective actions to achieve established goals provide frontline support in HR Quality Manufacturing Safety Scheduling guide train work teams in Lean Six Sigma production tools maintain effective communication with plant leaders operational teams to ensure alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment including leading teams supervisors.
- Proven leadership skills ability to coach mentor workgroups effectively fluent English knowledge of Lean principles ability to apply Production System such as RPS Rheem Production System strong capability problem solving continuous improvement communication flow within operations funding savings guaranteed utilities meal plan medical services on site life insurance medical expenses insurance full time employee benefits available for this position see attached document for details
