Requisitos:


  • Inglés avanzado

Actividades:

  • Complete the output of daily community content, improve the content and words reached by the community, and build a content ecology
  • Responsible for the output of marketing related content in the circle of friends; increase brand exposure and enhance user brand awareness
  • The management and maintenance of community operations, the creation of community atmosphere, the maintenance of community activity, and the cultivation of community user trust; in-depth exploration of community KOC(Key Opinion Consumer)to help build a complete user-driven mechanism
  • Formulate SOP and implementation work for the corresponding scenarios of the community, answer users' questions and inquiries enthusiastically and patiently, continue to track changes in users' needs, and establish a good partnership with users to ensure that users have a good service experience in the community, enhance the brand charm
  • Driven by data, continue to iterate community operation means through data analysis to achieve operational goals
