- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics and related engineering.
- Solid experience with electrical and mechanical design of dry-type distribution transformers.
- Solid experience with manufacturing process for distribution transformers.
- Exchange with factories abroad, supporting global R&D activities and localization topics.
- Team leadership to manage product engineering team tasks.
- Proactivity and ability to interface between product engineering and partner departments: production, planning, purchasing, etc.
- Experience with customer relations, meetings, and technical presentations.
- Fluent in English.
