End-to-End Development Responsibility:

• Take full charge of the complete development process of the MVP, managing all aspects from concept, design, development, to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure the platform is developed to be scalable, secure, and provides an excellent user experience.

Project Management:

• Manage all technical projects independently, efficiently coordinating various aspects of the development process.
• Utilize agile methodologies and other project management techniques to ensure timely and effective delivery of technological solutions.

External Engagement and Representation:

• Represent the technology vision of the company in discussions with stakeholders, investors, and at industry events, effectively communicating progress and plans.
• Engage in networking and partnership opportunities to advance the company's technology interests and visibility in the market.

REQUIREMENTS

Technical Expertise:

Full Stack Development

• Proficiency in , Python, or Ruby on Rails for backend development.
• React or Angular for front-end development.

Cloud Computing

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Database Management

• Skills in SQL (like PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (like MongoDB).

Project Management:

Agile or Scrum Methodologies

• Demonstrated experience in managing software development projects using agile or scrum frameworks.

Communication and Leadership:

• Strong communication skills and ability to represent the company's tech vision to stakeholders (Required).
• Leadership skills with a track record of delivering successful projects (Required).
