Job Requirements

This position's location is in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, will be worked a Hybrid Work From Home scheme (3 days at the office).

About Chubb

Chubb's Business & Technology Resiliency Program will provide an ongoing framework to prepare Chubb to face the dynamic and unpredictable forces stressing and stretching businesses including accelerated digitization, increased cyber threats, interconnectedness of the global economy, and heightened infectious disease risk.

It will seek to enable Chubb to continue critical business processes during significant incidents by proactively embedding resiliency in strategic planning and execution versus planning for temporary, reactive and tactical recovery solutions.

This initial phase of the establishment of the Business & Technology Resiliency Program is foundational in the success of the full program rollout with an emphasis on continuous improvement as subsequent phases are implemented.

Work Experience

What you will do:

Monitors system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability
Coordinates new software releases, fixes and upgrades with technical teams and users
Coordinates technical support with the vendor for system outages
Manage and execute continuous improvement projects
Maintain close relationships with department leaders to ensure best practices for systemic improvements
Managing Fusion roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups. Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data
Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards
Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables
Manage work assignments independently and meet prescribed target dates with quality deliverables
Provide estimates for tasks and appropriately plan for the execution of that work

What you will bring:

4+ years of experience working with fusion and/or sales force
Selfmotivated, team player with the ability to coordinate workload independently to complete tasks
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Strong ability to estimate work effort level on backlog development workload
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong complex data analysis, gap analysis, validation, and reconciliation skills
Proven track record of results orientation, flexibility, and adaptability
