Job Summary
To execute the manufacturing operations at Concentrate Plant by coordinating and supervising all activities related to manufacturing process. Accountable for process, performance and people management, meeting the KORE requirements on Safety, Quality & Environmental.

Ensure Food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), productivity and efficiency guidelines established by the Company aligned with CPS Transformation Program.


Support the formal implementation and compliance of:
External / Internal certifications (ISO, OHSAS, KORE, KOSHER, etc)


Sourcing & Planning
To execute the monthly manufacturing plan delivered by Planning area.

To implement opportunities identified in their areas through root cause problem solving tools.

To manage the manufacturing process to ensure work standards and KORE requirements.

To evaluate, monitor and improve the process performance on real-time (OEE)

To evaluate and improve bottlenecks in manufacturing areas as internal leader of capital projects and capacity maximization.


Inventory Management
Ensure good practices and support WM/RF system (ITS mobile)

Ensure the correct receiving and storage of all ingredients in their locations, complying with TCCC requirements

Accountable of the proper executions of material movements performed by warehouse and production operators to minimize damages and inventory losses

Execute an accurate finished product delivery both physical and transactional on a timely manner


Business Continuity Planning (BCP) | Supply Point Shift (SPS)
Ensure kits deliveries on time and in full. (Concentrate, Beverage bases)

Support any Supply Point Shift (SPS) or processes modification according with change management of TCCC.

Responsible for specific action plans execution defined by BCP ́s processes

Enable the Identification and implementation of new technologies and processes for continuous improvement.


Material Master Data and NP Internal Coordination


Promote flexibility and our Total Beverage Company vision in order to achieve NP launchings and initiatives according each project Gantt.

Ensure all material Master Data (MD) for manufacturing processes is accurate and updated.

Ensure proper line product validation according to R&D ́s and MX BU requirements.


BP and Budget Control
To ensure optimal execution of production schedule by reducing scrap and increasing productivity. MUV accountable for manufacturing processes.

Ensure fixed assets management according to Finance Standard Politics and Procedures (SPP) guidelines

Active participation for capital projects design and implementation


People
To live Growth Culture by promoting growth behaviors and being role modeling

To manage manufacturing associates' development plans and performance enablement process

Promote and execute Recognition Programs for CPS associates

Enable continuous improvement mindset through Operational Excellence tools and methodologies promoted by the Company
