    - 1.Negotiation and cost analyze ability with Sub-contractor and supplier_- 2.Ability and experience to find new partner and negotiation with commercial terms_- 3.Can use SAP systems_- 4.Can speak English and Spanish_- 5.Have purcurement experience of Telecommunications project and understanding of supply chain_- 6.Dealing with contract and risks management_- 7.


    Basic skills:

    cooperate with internal team; office software skills__Responsibilities:_
    - 1.Finding and negotiating with new sub-contractor and supplier _- 2.Responsible for approving the new subcon/supplier_- 3.Understanding and making contract and protocol to subcon/supplier_- 4.Tracking the order and output the report documents on time_- 5.Analysing request from project team and making purcasing plan__Specific skills:_
    - 1.Better have resources of subcontractor and supplier of auxiliary material in Mexico_- 2.

    Have experience of project purcurement
