About the Team Outreach is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Staff Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting team. This role will report to our Senior Accounting Manager. If you like a fast-paced environment, where things are evolving and where there's tons to learn, please apply & we can't wait to meet youThe Role The ideal candidate is an experienced accountant with at least 8 years of industry experience working with cash GL transactions and related reconciliations.
Experience with other areas such as fixed assets, prepaids, and allocations is a plus.Due to the fast-paced and high growth nature of the Company, the candidate must be detail oriented, have the ability to operate effectively and independently in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment to help drive the Company's continued growth, and a willingness to roll-up their sleeves when needed.

Your Daily Adventures Will IncludePerform worldwide monthly financial close related tasks such as preparing journal entries, reconciling related accounts, and preparing analyticsEnsure the integrity of key processes by understanding systems, flow of transactions, internal controls and recommending efficiency and effectiveness improvementsParticipate in systems automation, improvement and optimizationPrepare and manage external auditor deliverables and closely with the external audit team regarding any quarterly review and annual audit requirementsCollaborate with the other finance departments and business partners to provide ad hoc research, reporting, and projectsEnsure and maintain internal controls in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley.
Actively engage in process improvements, including developing and maintaining Sarbanes Oxley controlsOur Vision Of YouDegree in Accounting or equivalent practical experience8+ years of industry accounting experienceProficient knowledge of US GAAP as related to areas of responsibility Strong interpersonal skills (oral and written) and the ability to communicate effectively with various levels of personnelIntermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large sets of dataDetail-oriented, analytical, organizedNetSuite and FloQast experience is preferredEnglish fluency is required & please apply with a resume in English#J-18808-Ljbffr
