    The Regional GRC Advisor main responsibility is contributing to the development and implementation of the global risk and control framework in close cooperation with the Areas, Region and CEN to ensure adherence and compliance with Group standards due to monitoring, trainings, advisory, meetings and engagement with the involved stakeholders to drive control effectiveness in the Area and being accountable for identifying and mitigating risks to business processes, operations, etc.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Drive RICC effectiveness across Area/Region and follow up on action setting for an effective control performance
    • Monitor and follow up on controls execution ensuring 100% submission.
    • Monitor action plans set to drive control effectiveness
    • Prepare & drive MOS as per Regional GRC structure
    • Drive issues resolution
    • Validate control self assessments to ensure it complies with control requirements
    • Provide active support for effective audit resolution.
    • Ensure correct controls are in place for all brands
    • Support for new system implementation and address all up/downstream impacts from a certain platform on GRC perspective
    • Drive controls implementation for new entities and MnAs
    • Drive control's retirement, transfer and right placement due to Gollum project
    • Ad hoc requests and projects from Area, Region and CEN

    We are looking for:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance o Accounting.
    • SAP/FACT knowledge
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in finance/accounting or business controlling.
    • Experience with Audit and Internal controls is a plus
    • Working knowledge of GAAP principles.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication
    • Fluency in English
    • Leadership experience is a plus
