Summary

The Export and Logistics Analyst position will lead our international export operations by providing exceptional support, reporting on key performance metrics and other day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute all activities related to export operations including:

International transport coordination: Truck, Rail and Marine freight.
Generation of all export documents.
Foreign customs documentation.

Responsible for receiving, entering, and processing of all buyers' orders.

Responsible for international account receivable collections.

Negotiation with service suppliers and cost control monitoring.

Expenses and inventory control.

Provide ongoing support to customers by providing the highest quality customer service through excellent communication and timely execution of orders.

Develop analytics and reporting systems, including providing metrics and reports as needed.

Perform other tasks as required or assigned.

Requirements:

University graduate:
international logistics, supply chain management or similar.

Five years of proven responsible experience in the field.

Experience with logistics coordination within the USA desirable.

Problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.

Strong mathematical skills with strong analytical and interpretive skills, and good forecasting ability.

Self-directed, with excellent time management and project planning skills.

Excellent communication skills

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Excellent organizational abilities, planning and prioritizing skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Computer literacy with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
