    Logistics Analyst

    We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Analyst to join our team at FLSmidth.

    About the Role

    The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating between customer, customs, various certification organizations and logistics for delivery of equipment to the agreed point of delivery.

    • Manage freight and export in small to medium-sized projects
    • Coordinate deliveries with customers and customs agents
    • Maintain contact with internal technical departments and suppliers to ensure delivery of required technical documentation for import and operation of equipment
    • Obtain necessary information on import documentation and arrange necessary import certificates according to country legislation
    • BUILD relationships with customs and certification agents
    • Promote a culture of personal and team safety

    Key Responsibilities

    -Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with customer, customs, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of equipment

    -Freight and Export Management: Manage freight and export operations for small to medium-sized projects

    -Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with country legislation regarding import documentation and certification

    -Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customs and certification agents to facilitate efficient delivery processes

    -Safety Culture: Promote a culture of personal and team safety among colleagues and partners
