    We are seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT recruiting landscape in the U.S. and LATAM markets.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identify, source, and engage top IT professionals for contract and full-time roles across the U.S. and LATAM using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and advanced sourcing tools.
    • Candidate Assessment & Engagement: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, evaluate candidates' skills, coordinate technical assessments, and provide a seamless hiring experience.
    • Collaboration & Process Management: Partner with internal teams to optimize recruitment strategies, stay updated on IT labor market trends, and maintain accurate records within ATS platforms.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Minimum 2 years of IT recruiting experience in the U.S. and LATAM markets.
    • Technical Acumen: Proficiency in recruiting for various IT roles, including Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Specialists, Cybersecurity Experts, and Data Analysts.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking and resume assessment abilities to identify top tech talent.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
    • Self-Motivation & Organization: Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
