- Demand raw materials purchased planning through Oracle IVCP/Establish Planning process.
- Elaborates purchasing orders and follow up according to production requirements.
- Keep purchase orders date updated in the system accordingly.
- Verifies in weekly basis the production plan to ensure material availability.
- Inventory control analysis for obsolete and excess looking for an optimal inventory health
- Strong negotiation/communication with suppliers when expedite orders needed
- .Provides delivery feedback to supplier lead time tracker to catch any gap and act proactively instead reactive.
- Monitor, identify restrictions and possible constraints during the preliminary production plan of the month of the month and provide solutions.
- Follow up development and cost reduction projects with sourcing team to achieve the target of the company per month.
- Ensure strong score card evaluation with suppliers among with quality, Trade compliance and safety protocols
- Continuous improvement mindset specially with healthy inventory approach and supplier integrity.
- Strong communication skills with sense of urgency and passion to win.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field
- 3+ year proven experience in procurement and supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
