Your Tasks:

You are the link between our consumers and our products.

You are responsible to build a positive and emotional connection to our products and to ensure that we have satisfied and loyal consumers to drive engagement and conversion rates.

This is relevant at all online touchpoints including reviews & ratings and loyalty programs.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Development of strategies to capture leads with the aim of growing the database.
Form management and connection to the salesforce tool on the nivea website
Wow our Consumers (Define the consumer journey once it is registered in the database
Analyze insights and market data, and use your finding to steer innovative projects
Daily check of reviews & ratings for all our brands across all key platforms
Ongoing feedback to our consumers via platforms (Amazon Reviews) in case of bad experience and to ensure Consumer loyalty
Work closely with regulatory and brand teams to align on feedbacks
Ensure we are in line with the best practices regarding Reviews & Ratings for all our products (e.g., NPS of 75+%)
Improve customer return rates and repeat purchase rates for existing customers
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Assist on eCRM calendars and ensure it ties in with marketing activity
Have a lot of creative ideas to bring to the table with strategic plans on execution


Your Profile:

Ideal Experience


  • Systems engineering, ideal marketing specialization in CRM or salesforce
2. 3+ years' experience of Consumer or Performance marketing

  • Be Passionate about consumer acquisition and conversion
  • Have a lot of creative ideas to bring to the table with strategic plans on execution
  • Use data to always measure performance and finding ways to improve
  • Be good at planning and prioritizing multiple projects at once
  • Be willing to experiment and learn fast
  • Thrive in a start-up environment
  • Preferably have experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, SalesForce, Marketing Cloud
  • Put consumers first and focus on creating a great experience for them.
  • Enjoy managing projects that span organisational and geographical boundaries
  • Balance excellent execution with strategic thinking - setting the direction for a complex brand's positioning and development
  • To challenge the status quo & be able to disrupt the channel thinking
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize. Must be able to manage time effectively in a challenging environment.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills - able to manage conflict and resistance
  • Decisive - able to identify and focus on key issues
