    You will be responsible for supporting sales team in back-office tasks (tenders, orders, documents, equipment – SAP, Tendering tool and CRM) and customer inquiries. As a Sales Administration and Logistics Coordinator you will also follow-up all the activities that involve working with our manufacturing plants until the equipment is ready to distribution.

    You will bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, International Commerce, International Relations
  • 2+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Analyst or related
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics management required
  • Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce is a must
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (dynamic tables)
  • Advanced English
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good collaboration and team work abilities
