What you'll do

Position Title:
Early Career Talent Mexico - Data & Analytics

Location:
Mexico City, Mexico

Schedule: 40 HR/week

The Early Career Talent Mexico - Data & Analytics supports the Mid-Market business in analyzing information and building reports/business views to secure the correct steering of the business from Senior Managers.

It also plays a key role to secure a data-driven demand generation through the improvement of data volume and quality in the Mid-Market space (company information, propensity to buy models, etc.)

Activities and Responsibilities

Build business reports to show progress on performance indicators across services/lines of business
Construct automated reports for stakeholder consumption in tools like SAP Analytics Cloud
Gather and process market data to secure a comprehensive market mapping including accounts and metadata like revenue, # of employees, industry, etc.
Strengthen data intelligence analysis to improve customer targeting for demand generation activities considering sales potential, white spaces, propensity to buy, intent data

Education Requirement: Recent graduate (Less than 2 Years from Graduation Date)
Location Requirement: Ability to work a hybrid model (3 Days In-Office/2 Days Remote) with respect to the Mexico City Office
Strong analytical skills experience in data analysis for decision making
Experience in building analytical data models in Excel or Business Intelligence tools (Power Bi, Tableau, SAC)
Consistency in delivering tasks and raising hand for support in a timely manner
Proactive player being able to propose new ideas to improve operations or deliver higher value to internal customers
