_As Sr. Associate, Technical Support (Information Technology) you will:_
- _Be the Local IT Support (Service Delivery)._
- _Provide technical support to the associates locally and/or remotely._
- _Setup PCs, Printers and other IT equipment as required._
- _Support OS and SW installation and troubleshooting._
- _Support technology infrastructure as needed._


_ Requirements for this opportunity:

_:

- _Preferably graduated in IT-related course._
- _Preferably 3 years with experience in Technology Local Support._
- _Specialized knowledge on MS Windows and Office products._
- _Fluent Spanish and English._
- _Different work shifts out of the business hours may be required to support specific activities._
- _Preferably certified for Cisco, Microsoft, and/or VMware Products._
- _Experience with virtualization technologies is desired_
- _Comfortable working with people._
- _Great teamwork and leadership skills._
