Responsibilities:

Tracks status of material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, and materials are available as needed.
Prepares reports on works in progress.
Coordinates material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials are timed to meet production requirements.
Coordinates interdepartmental activity for daily cell performance with quality assurance, purchasing, procurement, engineering, inventory control, traffic, and other groups.
Schedules and expedites the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders.
Lead the tier meetings to effectively communicate the cell metrics
Monitors and coordinates manufacturing team activities, giving importance to individual's members and overall team achievement to accomplish the policy deployment objectives.
Monitors cell performance: productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance and customer satisfaction goals within our manufacturing facility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
English 80%
Knowledge in Continuous Improvement Tools
Knowledge in SAP desirable.
Six sigma green belt desirable.
Experience 3+ years leading production groups
Planning Skills.
Visa preferable
