We're looking for a Legal Counsel to join our LatAm Legal Team in Huixquilucan

As a Legal Counsel you'll be responsible for ongoing legal support to Signify sales and marketing organizations in Latin America.

Supporting manufacturing operations in Signify factories will also be a part of your role.

Anticipates on business developments and tries to prevent potential future legal risks from materializing.
Advises business management on legal implications of transactions, organizational developments, etc., and manages legal projects as an individual contributor.
Ensures presales activities follow the M2OProcess and adds value to the overall Endtoend process
Ensures close collaboration on relevant legal aspects between the sales teams and the Systems Center
Clarifies & manages requirements towards execution in all relevant areas
Have the required legal knowledge and experience
Supporting business leaders and managers in daily decision making bringing valuable legal input and experiencebased expertise;

Your qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as fully qualified legal counsel in legal firm or in international company
Experience in providing handson legal support in the field of contract management (contract drafting and competition law (experience in public procurement law will be an advantage)
Fluent Spansish and English (business & legal)
Strong compliance experience
You are proactive, collaborative with cando attitude.
