Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Acoustic Engineer located in San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora

Reporting to the Test Engineer Manager, the Acoustic Engineer's role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

Specialize in designing and developing technologies that solve problems related to sound.
Acoustic engineers may specialize in architectural acoustics, noise control, structural acoustics, or underwater acoustics
Work with architects on building designs
Related to noise reduction in factories and other industrial environments.
Specification, design, implementation and test of acoustic solutions for our customer products with the rest of the project team.
Coordination of own development activities (e.g. specification, planning and followup) on the different projects and with related external component suppliers.
Specifying the needed validation testing and manufacturing test.
Assist the other team members in building a "stateoftheart" acoustic development environment.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

Advances English
Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Known in Control noise levels; design acoustics in buildings; buffer noisy highways
Responsible for monitoring and controlling noise levels
Carry out activities in support of existing acoustics and hardware products in the areas of quality verification, quality improvements, cost savings and failure analysis from existing production.
Support Manufacturing in setup of acoustic measurement equipment
Support buildup of acoustic skillset in the plant to judge acoustic quality
