BILINGUAL IS A REQUIREMENT.We are looking for an experienced Phone Coordinator/Dispatcher to answer phones, coordinate technician schedules, following up with clients is extremely important, clerical/daily administrative duties and assist with special projects as needed.
Must be comfortable answering a high volume of calls from the US and scheduling technician routes in an efficient manner.
We are looking for a dedicated professional with an eye for detail, an interest in professionalism and a commitment to positive customer service experiences.

Salary:
MXN $17,000 - $22,000/month plus bonus potential
Schedule:
- 810 hour shift depending on season
- Monday to Friday

Education:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 5 years (preferred)
- Schedule management: 2 years (preferred)
