    Job Purpose:

    Lead the marketing initiatives of the DHL Fulfillment Network, playing a strategic and tactical role in strengthening the brand and supporting business objectives. Oversee and manage digital marketing strategies and initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Digital Campaigns and B2B/B2C Strategies

    Participate in strategic discussions for digital campaigns, focusing on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Collaborate with the global agency responsible for optimizing Google Search campaigns, with weekly meetings for analysis and adjustments.

    • Monitor trends in the B2B e-commerce sector to identify relevant business opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Content and Communication

    Plan and create content for social media. Translate and adapt global materials for the local market, ensuring message consistency. Update the DFN website with locally developed and translated materials.

    • Follow-up with sales and operations teams to understand the evolution of the solution in the market and develop campaigns in line with business needs.

    Qualify leads daily to support the sales pipeline. Interact with global teams for alignment, information sharing, adaptation, etc.

    Support for Events and Promotional Materials:

    • Organize support actions for events, including invitations, communication, logistics, and strategic alignment.

    Create promotional materials and giveaways to increase market recognition of the solution.

    Requirements:

    • Advanced English skills (working with global teams)
    • Technical knowledge of digital campaign activation
    • Knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
    • Analytical skills
    • Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, SEO, and PPC
    • Experience in monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
