Requirements:
Engineering degree+3 years of experience in quality management+3 years of experience in the automotive industryAdvanced English language skillsTasks: Management and alignment of the assigned (sub) project team with the (sub) project target achievementProcessing of defined work packages in the subprojectPointing out deviations from time schedule and requirement specificationRequesting resources and appointing people responsible for work packages in the extended teamCreate and communicate the subproject status report to the project manager and the line supervisor (reporting)
Communicate with the customer in coordination with the project manager and the project teamOngoing coordination of work contents and resource availability with the line and other core team membersMultidisciplinary coordination of project contentsDeveloping options and decision recommendations for problem solving together with the extended teamCommunicating change requests and coordinating change management in the subprojectParticipation in core team meetings (and further project meetings/committees)Representation of technical (expert) department matters in the core team, as well as regarding Customers and line organization/mandate for technical (expert) departmentResponsibilities:
Adherence to project budget, deadlines, investments, quality, requirement specification specifications, and product cost targets for each subprojectInformation obligation toward project team, project manager, Quality management and line superior in the event of project deviationsJoint active and forward-looking approach to achieving the project objectivesExecution of problem-solving process to ensure project targetsResponsible for achieving targets of the subproject qualityComplying with the requirements of the gate checklistInitiation of decisions and releases for each sub-project, escalation to the project team if necessary (additional: in line)
Creating transparency about the current subproject statusEnsuring complete/auditable documentationEnsuring continuous information for all people involved in the project as well as line superiorsParticipation in the project team and other project meetings/committeesEnsuring properly functioning rules for representativesEnsure allocation within the represented area in line with the cause as a basis for cross-functional control according to times and costsCarry out risk management within the subprojectWhat we offer:
