Job summary
This Position reports to:Engineering Tools ManagerYour Role And ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity.The work model for the role is onsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions in Apodaca. Main stakeholders are Engineering R&D ManufacturingYou will be mainly accountable forPlanning organizing and executing multiple small and large projects simultaneously while meeting target delivery datesDeveloping user requirements specifications structure for improving various applications including but not limited to Empower Rulestream ePLAN GPLM SAPInteracting with Engineering Manufacturing IT SAP team members troubleshooting driving timely resolution system related issuesEnhancing mechanical configurator code tables various product lines Enhance electrical CAD tools various product linesSetting up maintaining training users on Engineering Systems perform other duties directedSupporting some evenings weekends may required part production problem resolution programming inventory support.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Electro-mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering Computer Science
- 2-3 years experience Electrical Design Project Engineering Rules based Systems prefrerred
- Experience electrical design software ePLAN AutoCAD electrical similar MS Office SAP(Empower configurator systems preferred)
- Knowledge Low/Medium Voltage Motor Control Centers
- Working knowledge SQL general programming Preferred
- Advanced English required
