Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role in Reynosa, TAM for a Corrugator Specialist – Retirees. The individual in this role will oversee the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of corrugator machinery. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring production quality, maintaining equipment efficiency, and providing expertise to enhance operational performance. In addition, they will share knowledge and mentor team members, ensuring best practices in manufacturing processes are upheld.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in corrugator operations and maintenance
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or operational issues
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety standards in manufacturing
• Effective communication and mentoring abilities to support team development
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry is highly preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Reynosa, TAM
• Bilingual Desirable
