Commercial project execution: Invoicing/ payment / revenue recognition /claim / change order management, monitoring profit margin/ Ensures the forecastaccuracy of project ́s profit and cash collection.
Controlling and reporting: Regularproject reporting / project status meetings / milestone reviews
Managing project risk andopportunities in the project together with the

Takingcountermeasures in the event of deviations from plan

Hedging inflows and outflows byproject in charge
Managing legal, tax and insuranceissues
Responsibilityto comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, andcompetencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).
