Position responsibilities:

Plans and schedules intermediate and finished goods on resources to meet demand.
Lead the master weekly production schedule to show the production forecast to the different departments. MPS (Master Production Scheduling)
Attend daily Production Meetings and participate on projectbased teams.
Monitor production schedule adherence/attainment and work cross functionally to drive process improvements to increase operational efficiencies.
Work like a team with Purchasing Dept. to ensure have all the raw materials available to schedule the production
Work side by side with the Engineering department to schedule time to run the NPI and pilot runs at the production lines.
Support accurate and timely reporting on key measurables and goals.
Participate in planning and improvement activities in the Purchasing, Materials and Production Department.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential skills and experience:

3+ years of planning experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Ability to read and comprehend complex drawings.
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate within all levels of the organization
Selfstarter who is proficient in working with crossfunctional teams.
Intermediate or advanced computer skills, Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to be flexible and willing to learn new skill sets quickly as the need arises.
Ability to travel at least 5% of time, including international.

Preferred skills and experience:
